3. Appointment and Activity Coordination: Help manage the patient’s schedule of appointments, including medical visits, therapy sessions, and social engagements. Coordinate and arrange transportation, ensuring punctuality and a smooth experience for the patient.

4. Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications to the patient following the prescribed dosage and schedule. Maintain accurate records of medication intake, monitor for any side effects, and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding any concerns or changes.

5. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the patient. This may include tasks such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, washing dishes, and organizing personal belongings.

6. Communication: Regularly communicate with the patient’s family members and care team to provide updates on the patient’s well-being and progress. Share relevant information, observations, and concerns to ensure collaborative and holistic care.

7. Companionship: Engage the patient in meaningful activities to promote companionship and mental stimulation. This may involve reading to the patient, playing games, engaging in hobbies, or participating in other recreational activities that align with their interests.
