Endrick’s Real Madrid future uncertain amid Premier League interest

Brazilian forward Endrick, 22, is reportedly considering his future at Real Madrid due to concerns about his first-team prospects. His representatives have reportedly contacted several Premier League clubs regarding a potential move. This follows a loan spell with Lyon last season, where his performances earned him a spot in Brazil’s World Cup squad.

Despite his loan success, the landscape at Real Madrid has shifted. The club has brought in Carlos Espi as a new back-up striker and secured a deal for Yan Diomande. Additionally, Vinicius Junior has signed a new long-term contract, potentially complicating Endrick‘s path to regular playing time.

Premier League clubs show interest

Sources indicate that Endrick‘s camp is assessing options, with England emerging as a preferred destination should he leave Spain. A move to the Premier League was reportedly considered before he joined Real Madrid, and that interest remains.

A number of clubs have been contacted regarding Endrick‘s situation. Chelsea, who have previously shown interest, have reportedly been sounded out again. Other clubs that have held conversations include Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, and Fulham.

Aston Villa and Roma have specifically expressed interest in signing Endrick on loan from Real Madrid. However, the nature of any potential deal depends on Real Madrid‘s stance.

Loan versus permanent move discussions

Real Madrid‘s preference is reportedly another straight loan for Endrick, similar to his arrangement with Lyon, and without a purchase option. This model would appeal to clubs like Tottenham, Aston Villa, and Fulham, who would be open to such a deal.

However, clubs such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea have indicated that they would only seriously consider a move if it included an option to buy. Discussions between Endrick‘s representatives and Real Madrid are ongoing to find common ground.

Endrick was acquired by Real Madrid for €70 million in December 2022, with the deal to bring him to the Estadio Bernabeu in 2024. The forward is now facing a significant decision regarding his career.

Other transfer market developments

In other transfer news, England striker Harry Kane, 33, is expected to extend his contract with Bayern Munich until 2029. Arsenal has reportedly contacted the camp of Bradley Barcola, 23, from Paris St-Germain, aiming to intervene in Liverpool‘s pursuit of the France forward.

England forward Marcus Rashford, 28, is committed to revitalizing his career at Manchester United after returning from a loan spell with Barcelona. Liverpool could potentially allow Netherlands forward Cody Gakpo, 27, to join Tottenham if they secure one of their attacking targets.

Crystal Palace has initiated talks to sign Senegal midfielder Lamine Camara, 22, from Monaco. Additionally, Manchester United and Arsenal are among the clubs reportedly interested in Club Brugge‘s Belgium left-back Joaquin Seys, 21.

Hector Fort, 20, has been informed he can leave Barcelona this summer, with Everton and Fulham among the interested clubs for the Spanish right-back. Fulham has reportedly agreed to sign Northern Ireland midfielder Shea Charles, 22, from Southampton. Scottish striker Robbie Ure, 22, is set to join Sevilla from Swedish league leaders IK Sirius.

Sheffield United has made an improved offer for Leicester City‘s Australia centre-back Harry Souttar, 27.
