Ghana will participate in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, marking their fifth appearance. The Black Stars have been drawn in Group L with England, Croatia, and Panama. They will start their campaign against Panama on June 17, 2026.
Adams expressed confidence in Ghana’s performance at the tournament. However, the national team has faced scrutiny due to inconsistent performances leading up to the World Cup. The Ministry of Sports is committed to supporting national teams within established procedures.
